Completed in March 2024, The Expansion Dau Giay is our flagship industrial development, designed around one clear principle: helping manufacturers move from site selection to operation faster and with greater certainty.

The project offers high-spec ready-built factories, with 10–11 metre clear heights, multiple dock levellers, reliable utilities and regulatory-ready infrastructure to support efficient operations from day one. Within just nine months of completion, the project reached 100% occupancy, demonstrating strong market acceptance of its location, specifications and tenant proposition.

Sustainability is embedded into the development from the outset. The Expansion Dau Giay was designed and constructed in line with LEED Gold standards, promoting responsible use of energy, water and resources while supporting long-term operational performance.
